Getting his start in 2015 through High Performance Driver Education events and LeMons, Rich founded Martinelli Motorsports Inc. and launced its "Layin Pipe Racing" experiences (coined to honor his profession as a Master Plumber) as a way to help fellow race car enthusiasts hone their skills and master the art of being behind the wheel while bringing high-speed endurance racing to the masses.
