Verification Policy
All bookings shall be subject to and will undergo a mandatory verification process to ensure compliance with the standards and requirements of Martinelli Motorsports, Inc.. This process shall include, but is not limited to, the submission and review of proof of valid licensing, sufficient racing and/or driving experience, and/or active membership in applicable racing series. Approval of any booking shall be granted solely at the discretion of Martinelli Motorsports, Inc., whose decision shall be final and binding. In the event that a booking fails to meet the requisite criteria, such booking shall be subject to immediate and automatic cancellation without recourse or exception. If a booking is canceled by Martinelli Motorsports, Inc. for these herein referenced reasons, a full refund will be issued.
