Cancellation Policy
— • For all Driving Courses (Beginner Racing Training, Intermediate Racing Course, Advanced High-Speed Racing Experience) clients requesting cancellation or rescheduling must contact us at least 48 hours before the start time. • For Team Racing (LeMONS) events, clients requesting cancellation must contact us at least two weeks before the start time. • For Team Racing (AER) events, clients requesting cancellation must contact us at least two weeks before the start time. • For Car Maintenance appointments, clients requesting cancellation must contact us at least 48 hours before the appointment time. Venue Policy — A ‘venue’ is defined a third-party location at which a Martinelli Motorsports Inc. Driving Course and/or Team Racing event takes place. If a situation arises in which a hosting venue cancels an existing event date, the coinciding service will be subject to cancellation at no fault of Martinelli Motorsports Inc.. License & Approval Policy — • With the exception of the Car Maintenance service, all clients booking services provided by Martinelli Motorsports Inc. are subject to a License & Approval Policy. All drivers must possess a valid U.S. driver's license at the time of service. Prior driving experience needed varies by service. • Clients booking the Team Racing (LeMONS) events must either possess or be able to successfully obtain a valid LeMons Competition Membership prior to the event's start time. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation at no fault of Martinelli Motorsports Inc.. • Clients booking the Team Racing (AER) events must either possess or be able to successfully obtain necessary approval and clearance from American Endurance Racing. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation at no fault of Martinelli Motorsports Inc.. Safety Policy — Racing is inherently dangerous and exceedingly taxing, both physically and mentally. The driver and the driver alone bears full responsibility for his or her own safety - including proper clothing and safety equipment requirements as well as the general good-health needed for such activity. Failure to provide such safety necessities (varies per service) will result in automatic cancellation at no fault of Martinelli Motorsports Inc.. Privacy Policy — Martinelli Motorsports Inc. reserves the right to photograph, record audio and/or video of any participant or guest without permission, license, or payment for commercial and/or promotional purposes.
